Quick answer when I asked a question on the website. I asked for specific samples and I received it. Good selection of products.

- Perhaps a bigger selection in hair products. - I am generally satisfied with the range of products offered on your website. But I am still missing a few cult brands, that is why I also still shop at NICHE BEAUTY or OH MY CREAM. For example brands like: OUAI, Christophe Robin, African Botanist, Ren Skincare or RMS Beauty would be a great add to your website. - Perhaps also good to create a section or a label ‘CLEAN BEAUTY’ to know directly which products are clean/ natural.

Great assortment of brands that are hard to find elsewhere. Pretty quick delivery and like that I can chat with customer service via WhatsApp (very quick response there)

Many products I want are out of stock (but good that you can get notified when they’re back in stock even though that’s usually quite a wait), and would like even more brands to choose from :)

Great service, fast delivery, great product selection and wonderful packaging.

I love the samples, I would prefer many of the same sample instead of one of each - because it’s skincare and it’s nice to test it out repeatedly. So maybe you could let the customer choose which sample they would like.

Snelle en nette service, zo klein mogelijk verpakt en lief kaartje erbij.

Enige min punt is dat een aantal van de goede producten zijn uitverkocht op de site.

Meer merken met goede ingrediënten uitbreiden ;-). Zoals pur cosmetics en zonproducten met actieve ingrediënten?

Placing the order was easy and it was easy to find everything on the website. My order arrived quickly (even during these uncertain times with corona) and the items were carefully wrapped. I love the personal hand written note that was sent with my order. It adds an extra touch. I will be back for more orders!
