- Tatcha Water Cream. Can't get hold of it here and it seems to be all over YouTube with make-up bloggers. Would love to try it if you ever carry it.
- Everyone in EU now hates Sephora. With GDPR they chose to push everyone to the French site and it sucks. They carry a lot of brands you can only get in the US but if you carry some of those brands I would target some social advertising on followers in the EU of the Saphora social channels. They will be irritated as hell by now and looking for an alternative shop.
- Samples. Recently purchased from Charlotte Tilbury and Douglas online. They gave you the choice of some samples you could receive at checkout. I love the samples you pop in each order but it would be amazing to be able to choose. I know thats probably difficult to manage if you don't have a huge stock of samples but its a great way for people to try something they are interested in and helps you target them with automated email promotions of the full size items based on the samples they chose.
