Verschillende malen via account contact gezocht, want lelefonisch niet bereikbaar. Op aanvraag track en trace code verstrekt. Antwoord zou dit zsm uitzoeken. Dit al meer dan een week geleden. Nog steeds geen geld terug. Deze review plaats ik ook op oa op Google en andere sites.

I ordered a replacement watch strap for a very old Diesel watch. The strap must have been as old as the watch as as soon as my son put it in the strap ‘cracked’ and the 2 strips of leather which the strap is made of came apart. Also when fitting the strap tk the watch the glue came apart where the pins are so the strap was lose and not fitted properly. I emailed the company first about the fitting of the watch turn later about the strap itself asking for a replacement or refund but I got no response.
