I got a new Seiko watchband for a divers watch. Seiko US was NO help in finding this resource.

Excellent quality of the original product and a very good management of the shipment to Spain.

Needed a replacement watch band for a Seiko watch. Only an exact band will fit. Located it at Watch-Parts-Plaza. Watch would be worthless without it. Satisfaction plus.

Did not like the shipping took 20 days to leave Europe just to leave Europe. DHL. Wish shipping was faster ordering their products for a example. Watch part is perfect as described. I cannot recommend using them due to shipping times 20 days to leave Europe and using DHL. Regular first class mail would have been cheaper and much much faster I have family not 100km from center of Holland mailed many packages over the pond never seen 20 days stuck never.

My watch strap finally arrived after nearly 5 weeks, tracking numbers provided were not recognised by either delivery company. None of my requests by email or via chat line were answered, this request for feedback is the first one, no communication at all having email saying it was being delivered which is not what I expected. The watch strap was fine when it arrived which was the day before I was going on holiday otherwise I would have asked for a refund.

All went as expected.

Ik had Vlgs. De specificaties een achterdeksel rubber ring voor mijn Seiko besteld. Echt de maat bleek niet correct. Contact opgenomen en gevraagd om de juiste ring, met vermelding dat ik het verkeerd had besteld. Zou kunnen gevraagd of ik kon retourneren en de juiste ring kon ontvangen. Ook vermeld dat ik bereid was de porto kosten te betalen. Men vroeg mij of ze de ring konden bestellen. Dit heb ik bevestigd en nooit meer iets vernomen.

Very poor customer service, no answers anymore. Paid item after 1 month not arrived at my place. Never, ever again.

Needed a replacement band for Honda F1 Seiko watch. Could not find one here in US. Ordered, payed and it was shipped right away from Europe and arrived here in Oklahoma very soon. Yes, Sooners lol. Yesterday had local jeweler replace battery and place this new watch strap. It is like a new watch again. Thank you!
