Very fast delivery

Hier habe ich endlich ein Original-Ersatzarmband gefunden, das mir nicht im Geschäft bestellt werden konnte und dazu mit Top-Qualität zu gutem Preis. Dass der Versand über die Deutsche Post mit Sendungsverfolgung etwas länger (ca 14 Tage) gedauert hat, wurde mir schon bei der Lieferzeitangabe angekündigt. Aber mit etwas Geduld lohnt sich das Warten auf jeden Fall. Ich bestelle hier gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Händler, würde mir aber zwei Dinge wünschen und dann auch fünf Sterne vergeben: Retouren sollten im Preis inkludiert sein oder zumindest ein Label angefordert werden können, da der Versand nach NLD ohne die Großkundenkonditionen zu teuer ist bei einem Warenwert von z.B. 60€. Im Webshop wünsche ich mir eine Filterfunktion nach Lagerverfügbarkeit der Artikel, das würde die Suche stark beschleunigen und vereinfachen.

J’ai demandé a plusieurs bijouteries de remplacer mon bracelet seiko et aucun n’a ete capable de le le procurer. Sur les conseils d’un ami j’ai pu trouver le sesame sur watch parts en quelques clicks. Impensable que des professionnels ne puissent comprendre qu’ils auraient pu trouver l’article et prendre au passage de la marge. Merci watch interest !

Awesome strap and a rare find.

Ha llagado rápido, bien envalado y dentro del plazo previsto.

Strap finally arrived in Australia 11 weeks after ordering. Very happy with the strap, but not happy that delivery was so slow. Strap left Holland a couple of days after I ordered, and was then on its way via Deutsche Post. Unfortunately DP systems apparently don’t interface with Australia Post so I was not able to track the parcel at all after the first 3 days. One day it just arrived 11 weeks later. Appreciate that deliveries are slower than normal due to Covid, but 11 weeks is disappointing. The complete lack of ability to track my parcel also meant that I was unable to see if the parcel was even making any (slow) progress, or if it had just been lost. Maybe a different choice of postal carrier might be an improvement, or at least one that allows tracking if the customer is in Australia.
