Good parts but disappointing communication and shipping times.
I have been buying parts from Watch Plaza for some years. It has always worked out well until this year. I placed an order and one week later it had not shipped yet. I inquired about it and was told that one part was not in stock. I ended up canceling the order. I placed another order and again after one week no shipping or emails. I inquired again and after two days and 2 emails I was told the parts were going to be shipped right away. The parts arrived safely but the delay in communication and shipping are a bit annoying.
The Customer Service person also instead of simply apologizing kept trying to justify the slow even saying that parts from other companies are even slower when in fact it is not true. I buy parts from many different locations including UK, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and USA and the shipping time was the worst from Watch Plaza, and I mean the time it took to get the parts to the Post Office.
One week compared to 24 hours and even less.
Note that this is a problem I experienced this year, 2024. In previous years and orders things were normal.
