Did not receive part I paid for for over a month now and no effort from seller to solve this.

Part I ordered and paid for more than one month ago has still not arrived and as it seems will not arrive to my address. So far your response is that you see that it has not arrived and you will inform me with any news!? News of what exactly? Are you having detectives looking for my part? Please. Only thing you should do is send new part and apologize for the wait or reimburse my account for paid amount. And apologize. Really poor customer service.

Non delivery of SEIKO leather strap.

Thanks still have not received the SEIKO watch strap I ordered . 17.09.2021 At last I received the replacement strap on Wednesday 15th of September following ordering and paying for the strap in July 2021.

product was as described and came in the original packaging. my only gripe over all is the actual product photos are very few and very far away. could benefit with better photos of the product

Still haven’t received my order

This is the third time I’ve been asked to submit a review on my order that I still have not received yet. Usually pretty damn good service here but I think the postal services may have dropped the ball on this one. Unfortunately I haven’t heard much from WPP but I don’t think they can figure out where the package is at currently so we’ll just have to wait this one out.

I'm happy with my purchase.

I received my package in time without any issue. (It was a Seiko Monster original steel bracelet - well it's maybe not a perfect one with the stamped clasp, but I wanted an original steel one instead of the oem rubber I got with my watch). Watch-Parts-Plaza's service was fine, I recommend them.

Déception

J'ai eu envie de ré-offrir une montre à mon conjoint pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Il ne me manquait que le bracelet mais Diesel ne le proposait plus à la vente. Je me suis donc tournée vers vous, et je l'ai reçu en temps et en heure. Malheureusement, le bracelet à peine remonté sur la montre, il n'a tenu que 24 heures, ensuite il s'est décollé, et aujourd'hui il est inexploitable. Ma surprise est retombée comme un soufflé, d'où ma déception. Myriam Romero

Had een nieuwe horlogebandje voor mijn Festina besteld. Na 2 weken brak 1 van de 2 bandjes af waar je het gespbandje in kan schuiven. Geen goede kwaliteit dus.
