Schakelpennentjes niet leverbaar

Ik wilde schakelpennentjes voor mijn horlogebandje. Kreeg veel te lange bevestigingspennetjes opgestuurd. Bleek dat de schakelpennentjes niet leverbaar zijn. Moet ik dus een nieuw horloge kopen omdat ik 1 pennetje kwijt ben geraakt. Raar voor een bedrijf wat aangeeft alle losse onderdelen van Seiko te kunnen leveren.
