Ich habe ein Armband mit DHL zurückgeschickt und dieses ist nicht angekommen. DHL verlangt vorn mir eine Bestätigung von Watch- Parts Plaza, das dieses Paket nicht angekommen ist, sonst gibt es keine Erstattung. Trotz mehrerer Anschreiben keine Antwort. Es geht lediglich um eine Unterschrift, dass das Paket nicht angekommen ist. ORD 201712208

I haven’t received my parts yet.

I ordered my watch parts and paid for them on October 13, 2020. It is now November 20, 2020. I still haven’t received the parts I ordered. Is there a better way to track the shipment via Dutch Post. It only says the parts are in the way to the destination country. I will be more than happy to change my rating once I receive my parts. Thank you.

Ho ricevuto il cinturino richiesto, ma al primo utilizzo si è rotta la parte di aggancio con la cassa dell'orologio. Ho comunicato quanto avvenuto ottenendone la sostituzione. Ho ricevuto il nuovo cinturino in tempi brevi e mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatto.
