Delivery updates are always automatically sent via E-mail.
In addition, we have sent you an update twice, manually, with the related shipping courier, the T&T code & shipping links, two weeks ago.
In this e-mail we also informed you that questions about the shipment can be answered much faster at the courier.
They can always tell you more than we do.
Just noticed that two of your e-mails were filtered by our spamfilter. Therefore we didn't reply on your 2 earlier e-mails yet. Our apologies for that.
Tracking shows that the courier tried to deliver the shipment several times.
We advise you to contact the courier for a pick-up.
