Il est difficile de bien comprendre d'un coup d'oeil ce qui est disponible et ce qui ne l'est pas. J'ai adressé un mail pour une disponibilité de produit et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Les tarifs d'envois sont assez chers et les délais d'expédition sont très très longs, pour des pays proches (NL=>F)

Hello , Most of the genuine Seiko parts that we sell, are scarce so availability may be hard for some parts, yes. This is global well known issue in the watch-industry, so nothing new. In this review you mention that the shipping costs are high. This assertion is not true, since we ship worldwide for only €3,99 up to €9,99 , including Track & Trace and insurance. For shipping in Europe the shipping costs varies between €3,99 & €5,49 only. These shipping costs are extremely low, compared to the average international shipping costs. The shipping time is a little longer, due to the low shipping costs, but we've got alternative, more expensive but faster shipping methods in case more hurry needed. Hello, It must be annoying for you that you still didn't receive your order We've had contact with you all the time over the passed weeks (10 e-mails of which we've answered 8), so we certainly didn't ignore you. The problem with your order is that your address seemed to be incorrect, as we mentioned. The cause of this problem is that you filled in the incorrect address yourself. We already mentioned we have to wait for the return of the strap before we can ship it again, since the strap was only 1x in stock. We certainly don't give you a refund, since there's no reason for it at this point. We will take proper actions to solve this problem as soon as possible. Kind regards, Team Watch-Parts-Plaza
