ITEM STILL HASNT ARRIVED AFTER 1 MONTH

I ORDERED AN ITEM ON JAN. 23. IT DID NOT SHOW AS SHIPPING UNTIL JAN. 30. IT IS NOW FEB. 22 AND THE ITEM IS STILL 'IN TRANSIT' FROM GERMANY TO CANADA. I'VE HAD PACKAGES COME IN LESS TIME FROM SWEDEN, JAPAN AND AUSTRALIA. REPEATED FOLLOW UPS WITH WATCH PLAZA CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE BEEN UNSATISFACTORY-THEY JUST TELL ME TO KEEP WAITING AND EXTEND THE WINDOW-FROM 2-3 WEEKS NOW TO 4-6. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE REACHED OUT TO DEUTSCHE POST AND HEARD NOTHING. AT THIS POINT I DOUBT THE PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE AND I'M SURPRISED WATCH PLAZA IS DOING NOTHING TO TRY TO HELP.

I was amazed by how well the bezel was packed. Would definitely order from again. Tracking the package was a touch confusing after a failed delivery but I was able to pick it up at the local post office. Worth the effort in tracking down. Thank you so much!

Product matched description and reliable shipping

The watch band I was after had apparently sold out when I asked the watchmaker, which would have left me with a watch with a substandard band or a watch that I never use.
