My husband needed to replace an unusual Seiko watchband which none of our local jewelers could obtain. We found Watch Parts Plaza online and had a fantastic experience. Website is very clear, costs were transparent, they stayed in touch about status of the order as well as shipping. Would definitely use them again!

All in all a very satisfying experience!! Very competitive prices compared to other companies as far as I've found. Not the fastest shipping perhaps as with replying to emails but I would consider that's secondary considering the wide product range.

I put in a request to be notified for a strap for my SNR031 that that is unavailable anywhere and no longer being made with little hope of receiving a reply. Watch parts plaza let me know that one was available after a few months. It was shipped quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you!
