I have been buying parts from Watch Plaza for some years. It has always worked out well until this year. I placed an order and one week later it had not shipped yet. I inquired about it and was told that one part was not in stock. I ended up canceling the order. I placed another order and again after one week no shipping or emails. I inquired again and after two days and 2 emails I was told the parts were going to be shipped right away. The parts arrived safely but the delay in communication and shipping are a bit annoying. The Customer Service person also instead of simply apologizing kept trying to justify the slow even saying that parts from other companies are even slower when in fact it is not true. I buy parts from many different locations including UK, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and USA and the shipping time was the worst from Watch Plaza, and I mean the time it took to get the parts to the Post Office. One week compared to 24 hours and even less. Note that this is a problem I experienced this year, 2024. In previous years and orders things were normal.

I’d had a Seiko kinetic in a drawer for over 10 years due to a wrist band unavailable. I am wearing the kinetic again. Transport OK. Promised fulfilled. The item is way expensive but the experience of wearing it again is priceless

Very happy with the service and quality of the part I purchased

I really like the inventory Watch Plaza has to offer .My only complaint is communication. In the past, Watch Plaza used to send shipping notifications with tracking information immediately after a purchase.. Lately, I have not received these and one recent purchase which I have not received to this date, is untraceable. Except for one bad experience, I have always found what I looked for and their customer service has been extremely solid. Again, with the exception of a single bad experience I have been happy with my purchases. I recommend this store.

I found watch Plaza one of the best sites where to purchase original parts of watches. Service is fast and customer is sodisfied. I really reccomend it :)

Easy to deal with

Found what a replacement leather strap for my watch that was not easy to find. At the site it was well described and made clear that this was the spare part I was looking. Ordering was easy to complete and the parcel arrived without any problems.

Ordered a Seiko skx 013 chapter ring. Although the price was a bit high, I got an original part in perfect condition for a no longer manufactured watch. Communication was also perfect.

J'ai commandé un disque de jour seiko en français. Comme je débute en horlogerie, ce disque est aligné pour les mouvements 3,8h alors que j'avais un 3.0h à équiper. Le détail est encore difficile à percevoir mais le service watch plaza met à disposition des pièces extrêmement difficile à se procurer. J'aimerai aussi trouver (facilement) des mouvement 7SXX ou un miyota 9075. Avec l'expérience, j'espère que watch Plaza deviendra une référence.

La taille du bracelet Philippe STARCK PH5006 est bien conforme (26 mm) mais les œillets de fixation ne sont pas au bon endroit, ils sont vers le centre alors que sur le bracelet d'origine ils sont sur les bords du bracelet. Le "SPRING-BAR-REMOVER" destiné à dévisser les points de fixation est inutilisable.

Volgens de site zou de bandjes dat ik had besteld binnen 3-5 dgn verzonden worden. Dit is niet gebeurd waardoor ik zelf contact heb opgenomen om de bestelling te cancelen omdat het te lang duurde, bestelling geannuleerd waarna ik nog bijna 14 dgn moest wachten om het geld teruggestort te krijgen op mijn rekening.

J'ai contacté le service client et à ce jour aucune nouvelle.
