Doesn’t reply to my emails.

I bought two seiko dials from this website, a month ago. Just shows it’s been in Germany for the past month. I never received anything, but watch parts plaza sent an email asking me to review my recent delivery. I emailed their customer service with no reply. I think the website is a scam. Order at your own risk. Don’t expect anything early and plan ahead. I was doing builds for customers until these guys took so long I sourced dials from somewhere else. And I had to refund money.

Antworten nicht

Ich habe ein Armband mit DHL zurückgeschickt und dieses ist nicht angekommen. DHL verlangt vorn mir eine Bestätigung von Watch- Parts Plaza, das dieses Paket nicht angekommen ist, sonst gibt es keine Erstattung. Trotz mehrerer Anschreiben keine Antwort. Es geht lediglich um eine Unterschrift, dass das Paket nicht angekommen ist. ORD 201712208
