You've ordered a Seiko watchband in our shop.
As we mention in the description of all our Seiko watch straps, all the Seiko straps are only suitable the mentioned related case- & model-numbers.
In addition to the case- & model-numbers, other specifications are also mentioned, such as the band-width, the colour & the material of the strap.
You've ordered the 4KR3JZR watch strap, which has a band-width of 20mm and is the original Seiko watchband for, among others, the following models:
Model: SHC057P2 - Case number: 7N36-0AF0
Model: SHC059P2 - Case number: 7N36-0AF0
Model: SHC061P2 - Case number: 7N36-0AF0
Model: SKA371P2 - Case number: 5M62-0BL0
Model: SNDA13P2 - Case number: 7T92-0JG0
However, you have a different model and even a different band-with at the lugs of your watch, namely 22mm.
This means that this watch strap certainly doesn't fit your watch. Even the widths of the straps don't match.
In addition we repeatedly gave you the instructions to check the case number of your watch so that we could select the correct watch strap for your model.
Unfortunately now after your review, we think that you probably didn't understand quite correctly what we ment, even after we repeatedly told you how to find the case number of your watch.
As with all our returns, we refund the money after we receive the return correctly, which it's the last step of the return-procedure.
When customers want to order an other product, they then have the option to place the correct product in a new order.
Finally we replied politely on your messages.
Unfortunately you're not very satisfied.
