hard to fine, but then nice to get

I had a hard time finding W-P-P and the wrist strap, but when I wrote to several places with the same name I got a hit. Then everythng worked lik clock work (with some delay), BUT when the strap finally arrived it was exactly correct and the strap I has been looking for. Well done!

No aftersales service after damage product.

I bought a handset for the SBDX017. I had them installed at a certified watchsmith when whe noticed the seconds hand had some oxidation on it. After contacting WPP, they told me to return the seconds hand so they could take a look at it. As it was allready installed, that would be too much of a hassle. I offered to buy a new seconds hand and would return the oxidated one, once I had it replaced (and get a refund). They never replied...

You told us that the SBDX017 Second-hand was damaged after your watchmaker mounted the hand on your watch. Given this fact, it could be very likely that the damage occurred during assembly. As we mentioned, it's obvious that the damage wasn't caused by us, since we sell 100% brand-new, sealed OEM replacement hands. In addition, before we ship out products, we always check the products carefully. We wanted to offer a new second-hand, but you didn't want to continue with our business. Great to find the right part

Had an expensive Seiko - the original shroud had fallen apart and was told by a number of repairers that they couldn't source the part. Found WPP on line and they had the correct part. Watch up and running again.

Very disappointed!

I bought a new Seiko SRP309 Crown from their Ebay page. Three issues to highlight 1)First attempt to ship the item their staff did not even bothered to upload the tracking information on Ebay page. Sure enough there was delivery issues(will comment more in item 3 below). Since I don't have the tracking number I can't track and the item was returned to the seller. 4 weeks wasted! 2)During the second attempt to ship they upload the new tracking number. Upon checking it appears from the time the tracking number was uploaded to the time the item leave Germany it was 10 days! I would rate a big fail on their shipper performance (Deutsche Post) 3)When the second attempt finally reached Malaysia again there was delivery problem! I was determine to find out why. I took half day off from work and tracked it to three different post office. Apparently the shipping address on the box was incomplete! From the printed invoice in the box it appeared their staff or their shipping system/process did not transfer the complete address from my Palpay address. No wonder there was delivery issues. The address was incomplete!!!! If they don'y fix the bug in their shipping software more customers will be screwed in the future. In summary it was a total waste of time (original ordered on 23 may 2019 and finally 'delivered' on 20th August 2019!) and complete fail on their part! JG

Very bad service

Recieved a faulty/defect seiko velatura bracelet. Wrote instantly, quick responce, asking me to send pictures. No problem, sent a lot of pictures that clearly shows that its defect. Got answer back that i should send it back, so a specialist could look at it. Wrote back that had a feeling that they dont believe me, so i asked them why, and who was going to pay for the return. Since then i havent got an answer, its is nearly been 2 weeks and still no answer. I really hope that we can solve this. Regards Stefan Ulrich
