I bought a watch strap which I asked information regarding compatibility with my model before buying. After receiving the strap I realized that it did not fit my model. Hence, I contacted support informing about the case and asked if it is possible to switch for a compatible model. After two emails and two weeks passed, still no reply.

Unable to buy my watch strap replacement locally so looked online and found Watch-Parts -Plaza , easy to order and find the correct strap. Received the strap in 3 weeks by mail. Perfect fit. Great service.
