Slow assistance, does not meat your deadlines
To get information regarding product I had to call since no reply to email. Once called - asked to send the email. Once emailed mentioning my deadlines, - no reply, hence - call again. Call again - asked to send the email. Finally the samples are sent out. Made an agreement, that once samples received, we make an order. Asked for steps how to do that better (online?email? Call?) and the amount needed. Again mention the deadline. No reply on that, but on some other point. The result: we are risking on not meeting the deadline for installation. The next installation possibility is only in 4 months, which means deadline is critical. The company does not seem to care, probably because the order is small. If we new of this slow service, then ordered already from another shop with the attention to the deadlines.
