Sorry to see your review on Kiyoh. You can see in the tracking that this is standing still in the international depot. We are in contact with you and you know we have opened an investigation with DHL. This can take a few days, because they need to contact DHL France and than the depot. We even e-mailed you in our former e-mail that we are responsible in case of loss so that you don't have to worry about that.
We send a reply this weekend but DHL does not work in the weekends so we cannot give an update on Saturday or Sunday.
Ofcourse we hope that the package is not lost and will delivered as it should. Else we would credit the order. Have a good day and thank you for your understanding.
