I have called and written twice and have not gotten a Return Label. I am very frustrated spending a lot of time to get a return Address. On top of that the light bulbs were of very poor quality and instantly burned out upon installation. One light bulb the thread got stuck in the socket and only the glass part came out, but not the threading. My whole experience with this company is very bad and I am very angry with the service and the quality of their products!

I placed an order for a number of bulbs over 3 weeks ago, paid 100+ Euros and still haven't received anything. It said on the website that if I placed the order, it would be shipped next day. About 10 days later I received an email saying that some of the items were out of stock and they have no idea when those will be available. So I should wait. No offer of replacement goods or refund. Just wait. When I emailed asking what was going on, I received an answer whether I was interested in a partial shipment. I said yes. This was also close to a week ago and I still haven't received anything. The worst service I have encountered in a long time.

I did not received the items I ordered, no tracking of the package. Nothing. No word from you. It just says “complete” for my order. Will you ever deliver it? Or should I call PayPall for refund? I am surprised by this mail to write a review

Just deliver my package without the pre-approval messages.

If you are looking for specific bulb Gloeilampgoedkoop.nl is a perfect store. Delivery costs to Croatia were a bit too high.

Arrived quickly and packed well. Great to be able to get bayonet in Europe.

I ordered a miror effect ampoul but receive transparent one. The company wants me to send back the article through CHronopost which costs more than the rice I paid. Do not buy on this site.

Site is missleading from the start. Advertised as Ampoulepascher.fr which made me think it was based in France but turns out it is in Holland (which is a problem when the items you receive are crap and you want to return them!) Second, one light bulb was missing. Other light bulbs advertised as 100w were at most 75w light bulbs. Also the photo of those lightbulbs is absolutely not what you will receive, so another point where they are missleading customers. They refused to pay for the return. The problem is that shipping this 0.5kg package from France to Holland cost 21 euros, pretty much as much as my order, and they refused to send me a prepaid label (using their chronopost negotiated rate) even after I offered to pay for it. I already paid 7.99 euros for the initial shipment. Finally the person that I got on the phone was very rude, showed no sign of trying to help me and eventually hang up on me.

I was really sceptical in receiving my light bulbs using this platform for the first time; but was "desperate" in finding the exact model I needed. Buying a light bulb doesn't seem complicated but when you need a really specific one it can be a challenge. I ordered mine from France and received exactly what I ordered, perfectly packed and delivered in my letter box. What else could I ask for? I was kept informed regularly be mail of the shipment and my parcel arrived within the expected time frame. Congratulations and I will not hesitate to reorder through this site if I need again a special lamp.

The delivery was ok. Unfortunately, the SPL lights are not very good. They look poorly crafted and one of them failed after few hours of use.

My experience with Gloeilampgoedkoop has always been very good. The range is excellent, the prices are very competitive and the delivery time is good. Also during the pandemic, they communicated very well to let me know about any delays. Thoroughly recommend.

I bought two lamps at Gloeilampgoedkoop.nl online store. It was very easy. It has an "assistant" to help you choose the lamps you need. They have a lot of variety and also nice prices. Payment was easy and it offers different methods of payment which is nice. And it was quickly processed. I got the lamps in my home after 3 working days, even with the corona virus pandemic causing the delivery times to be bigger. I definitely recommend it.
