Items were broken on delivery - no response from Customer service at all

two of the items i ordered were broken where they arrived and when i tried to contact customer services the emails kept being ignored. I phoned the company and left a message but had no reply either. I have sent countless emails and whatsapp messages and i am still being ignored. VERY poor service!

Broken lamps arrived

I ordered quite a few light bulbs, but unfortunately some of them arrived broken. It's no problem if they replace them, but I haven't been able to get in touch either by email or WhatsApp. It's a shame about customer service, because they have some interesting stuff.

terrible company

Unfair company, I received broken LEDs, I sent several emails and WhatsApp messages but they never replied. They keep passing you around. Unfair behavior towards customers, I will never buy from them again. Be careful.

Esiste meno di una stella?

Ordinato delle lampade da due settimane e mezzo, ancora l'ordine è in elaborazione. leggendo anche le altre recensioni in giro per il web a proposito di questa azienda, non so neanche se arriveranno gli articoli o no. Molto molto male. la chat di supporto è praticamente inutile, giocano al rimbalzo. La mail se ne fregano proprio. Questo fatto lo trovo molto poco professionale. Sembra che ho ordinato da un paese che non ha risorse economiche, invece è un paese europeo molto vicino all'Italia. La merce sarebbe dovuta arrivare nel giro di 5/7 giorni. Proprio un modo di business inaccettabile.

Absoluut niet bestellen, wat een slecht bedrijf!

1 ster is al teveel, 2 lampen besteld, verzending werd uitgesteld. Gemaild dat we de bestelling willen annuleren omday het te lang zou duren, geen reactie, na 1 maand kregen we toch de lampen geleverd. Helaas 2 kapotte lampen ontvangen, denk je dat we contact krijgen met ze? Nee, al 4 a 5 mailtjes gestuurd, al 3x geprobeerd te bellen maar op geen 1 manier reageren ze. Wat een flutbedrijf, echt oplichting, bestel hier niet

all lamps broken - do not recommend

I just received my parcel, an when opening it, all the inner content was broken in several small piaces-- I has glass all over spreaded. Communication is impossible- Luclily I lost "only" 10 euros

No delivery and no support

I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I placed an order for items in stock on October 15. On October 16 I got a notice that one of the items wasn't in stock. I haven't been able to get a reply from support, or my items.

Non-existent customer service, but product OK and well-packed

I ordered a couple of PL-S lamps on 13th November, using the UK site lightbulbcheap.co.uk. These were in stock and next-day posting was promised. Contrary to what was expected, I never received any email confirmation of my order. Repeated attempts to contact the Dutch company using their WhatsApp service, and both their UK and NL customer service email addresses, also led to no response whatsoever. I eventually gave up and ordered the lamps again from another company. On 3rd Dec I did finally get a notification that my order was being processed, and an invoice was attached - which, oddly, only showed the delivery charge and not the lamp costs (although the full and correct amount was charged to my card). The items finally turned up via Royal Mail on 9th December. The only reasons for not giving a 1-star review is that the pricing was good, and the items were well-packed. In all honesty however I can't recommend this company because of the atrocious customer service and slow delivery.

Product came after maybe 10 days, it was broken on arrival and thus useless. In spite of contacting customer service numerous times, no reply, no refund, nothing.

IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE RETURNS

According to EU law I am entitled to make a return.. yet the automatic return system is impossible to use and they do not reply to email/phone/anything. Made a claim to Paypal, hope they cut them out of business as non serious company.

I placed an order, and they're telling me it will take months to deliver. They don't answer WhatsApp messages. They don't answer emails. Avoid buying from them if you don't want to lose your money.

è una truffa, attenzione!

On november 1st I bought 2 lamps, delivery 4-5 days. The day after a email from a nederland company arrived: they do not have the lamps, and they don't know when the lamps will be available. I asked my money back. After 22 day no money back, no lamps, and any answer at all. Stay away!

Product not in stock and lack of communication

They sell products that are not in stock and then simply say nothing about it. Even 10 days after the order, they still haven't provided any update. When contacting customer support via WhatsApp, they stop replying as soon as they don't have any news about the order. I'm having a hard time getting my money back.
