Fraud: Immediate cancelation of order and demand for full reimbursement
Dear Officer, I hereby cancel my order with immediate effect and demand immediate and full reimbursement.
I have sadly concluded that you have no intention to honor your commitment to deliver what I ordered and which I have already paid for and therefore that this action by you is fraudulent.
I will today inform my credit card company to take immediate actions to reclaim the payment.
If full reimbursement is not shown in my credit card account no later than XX-XX-XX I will also report this fraud to the Swedish Police.
Of course, I will post my experience on your website and in Sweden as one of many of your "customers" exposed to your fraudulent behavior.
Reason for cancellation:
I have received no further delivery information from Billigalampor.se since XX-XX-XX even though you promised shipment and tracking link the same day as ordering, if ordered before 20:30
I have tried to contact you through the channels that you inform about on your website, but have got no replies at all. I have tried phone call, but the number is not active. I have tried through Whatsapp but only reached a chat robot. I have tried to e-mail but no reply.
I have been reading a lot of negative reviews on your website and on other websites here in Sweden about your company Billigalampor.se. According to those reviews, a lot of customers are in the same position as I am, paid full amount but no delivery or information about delivery or response when trying to contact your company Billigalampor.se.
