I have attempted to text, ring, whatapp and phoned this company for the past 5 days. No answers to any questions or an answer to anything. The phone number provided seems engaged or cut off all day long. Can I please confirm if this business is still operating as I was about to spend a substantial amout of money on this site but beofre I clicked purchase I said I would try and speak to a person from the compamy first. I am now concerned that no one answers phones or comuniactes with potential customers. I have gicen 5 Stars as I am not petty.

Not as informative as could have been. Parts where sent out but still not informed about it to me. I started to think that it would have been sent out still over a week after the purchase.

The schematics with part numbers make the ordering process easy. (My 2nd transaction to date) Parts arrived bagged/ boxed with individually labeled part numbers. The schematics are also help with carrying out repairs, disassembly/ assembly. I'm replacing parts on a chain saw and 2 hedge trimmers.
