It might be useful to put our email address in your contact list, so we can have a normal email exchange with each other.
You have received an email from us clearly stating in red that we do not take any responsibility for shipping to your country. And you have in no way let us know that you did not agree to this or that the order could be cancelled. Also during the order process when choosing shipping to your country it is clearly stated that shipping is at your own risk. Despite these multiple warnings, you did not cancel the order.
