Non available articles showed as available
I ordered a wooden house for my dog, medium size that was seen as available and that would be delivered the next working day.
After four working days I received an email that said the house was not available and that I could only buy the bigger or smaller one.
It would have been ok if they hadn’t taken so long in sending the email, specially if on the website it was still available after I had bought it and if they promise certain delivery time.
After I complained they sent the bigger house immediately and I received the next day. So the client service is very efficient.
The “hondenhok” is quite ok. It is light and very easy to assemble, it is made of soft wood (no hardwood as stated in the description). Aesthetically is quite good.
