Was reprimanded for a complaint.
I ordered 2 individual christmas boxes and 2 extra ginger bread treats.
I ordered 2, meaning each box should have been filled with its own contents, sent as individual Chritmas boxes. That way each of my animals got their own delivery! Instead I got both boxes combined into one huge box!
If I had only ordered one box, 1 dog would have gotten its box. But then the other would have been without! So I ordered 2, as they don't share! Their breed is half wolf, hierarchy takes precedent. But when you order 2 boxes filled with items, you should get 2 boxes!
When I sent an email more so just express to you, how it stole the sentiment of why I ordered which can't be priced!
The reply was pure ego trip, choosing to critizise me, mostly, then build your company image! First line "that was a long email"... then how I'm sadly mistaken.... you can see my review on Google which includes all the communication in screen shots.

The box was advertised - closed box with a typed description of the contents within. What I got was a huge box filled with all contents of 2, cool If I only ordered only items, I ordered 2 boxes! Then an email saying you don't do boxes, you would run out of supplies! You made more customers happy, stealing sentiment from us who ordered more than one box! The point of any one ordering a Christmas box, is for our animals to feel special.
Atrocious the way I was responded too. That said you're not worthy of my money any further! You see; customers are what make you go round! If you're only worried about pleasing some and not all of your customers, let alone handling a complaint for what is it! A learning tool!
I had to put in a lot of work with extreme physical limits just to get what I ordered! Again I had to make 2 Christmas boxes from the bulk order you sent! My pets didn't each get a chritmas box.
