Leider habe ich in der Eile einen falschen Artikel bestellt. Bestellvorgang einfach, Lieferung war schnell, Produkt war bestens , aber eben nicht passend und auch die Retournierung hat tadellos geklappt.

Ik had afdichtingsringen en tangen besteld. De ringen waren snel in huis, mooi zo! De tangen zouden nageleverd worden. De mail hierover was niet echt duidelijk. Bij navraag was het antwoord wel erg kort. Na verloop van tijd navraag gedaan, het antwoord liet lang op zich wachten. Ook dit antwoord was weer erg kort, dat komt wat onvriendelijk over. Uiteindelijk heb ik de tangen niet ontvangen. Het bedrag zou teruggestort worden, dat is uiteindelijk wel gebeurd, maar heeft lang geduurd. Ik hoop dat Tools2Go er wat van leert, als het zo moet gaan wil ik er geen bestelling meer plaatsen.

The website has a huge selection of tools at good prices (The quality of what I ordered appears excellent so far, though it hasn't got any really hard use yet). The lack of tagging of many items with the correct keywords means it's easy to miss a lot of tools on search results even if you know exactly what you're looking for. Browsing using the categories on the sidebar is slower, but more effective to find things. The pages load very slowly, which meant I had to stop and wait for results to load while scrolling through the list of products. After getting back to me the next day when one item listed in stock when I ordered ran out, so that I could change to a different product (And taking payment for the price difference the same day), there was a 17 day delay before I got shipping notification, at which point I assumed I'd have the delivery within a week. Instead, the order spent couple of weeks going over and back across Europe before I checked the tracking. The only clue as to what happened was that the country was missing from the address label (FedEx's own tracking showed they knew the country though), but thankfully after posting a less than happy review here I was contacted the next day by Tools2Go, who were able to contact FedEx (I was unable to do this via FedEx's website) and redirect the package correctly. While the delay between ordering and shipping was excessive, I would be happy to buy more from Tools2Go, knowing that even if things go very wrong, they have people willing to put in the time and work to fix it, an increasingly rare thing in modern customer service.
