Ordering and processing system could be better

No sign of order being dispatched. This was due to one item not in stock but wasn't made aware of this at the time of ordering. I emailed Tools2Go and they promptly responded with an option to wait for it to be in stock or have my order sent immediately and be refunded for the out of stock item. I choose the latter but was never refunded for the out of stock item that I never received

Fausse information sur le site en français

Votre site indique "clé a pipe" alors qu'en réalité il s'agit de clé BTR ou Allen. Donc il serait opportun de changer la désignation pour ces produits!
