To slow delevery

Before ordering, I asked how fast you could get the parts delivered. Delivery was promised in a week, but delivery took much longer. I didn't get the shipping ID when I asked for it. We often had to relocate work for which we would have needed a tool.

Pessima!

Pessimo! Effettuato un primo consistente ordine, alcuni prodotti sono arrivati danneggiati e altri non sono stati spediti perché non disponibili. Mi era stato detto che mi sarebbero stati inviati successivamente. Ne approfitto per fare un piccolo ordine successivo a cui dovevano essere aggiunti gli articoli mancanti, in realtà non hanno inviato nulla dell'ordine precedente e addirittura mancavano alcuni prodotti dell'ultimo ordine. Inutile scrivere email, non rispondono. State alla larga!

No response

A few days after I placed my order I got an email from them tellkng me one of the items was not in stock. They offered a replacement or wait 2 weeks until they got it back in stock. I opted for waiting, but it's been 4 weeks and now news about my order. I tried to contact them 3 times already and no answer.
