Good idea, bad purchasing process and post-sale service
I wanted to purchase a 4-pack, and add 3 frames as I want to hang the photos I was ordering (the 4-pack only includes 1 frame). I go through the order process and so far so good. Then I receive an email telling me I have an account to upload my photos, which I do. However for some reason, after I upload the photos, the website asks me to pay for another 10$ shipping. OK, not happy, but I want the photos quickly (hopefully before Xmas). When the print order is processed, I'm charged yet again for a kit + more frames...
Something wrong with the process, but I'm thinking, OK, let me reach out to them and cancel the 2nd order and sort things out. So far I receive 1 reply by email but no feedback as to Xpozer providing a refund. I also tried the chat a few times, no response there.
To add to this, I'm in Canada and Xpozer is proud to display they ship for 9,99$. The reality is they ship with Fedex and they added 25$ of duties and fees. The issue here is that nowhere on the site, or on that 9,99$ shipping charge does it mention additional shipping fees.
This means every shipment costs me 35$, and the one I just got was for 3 frames, no prints!
I will change/update this review if Xpozer resolves the matter, but so far no communications.
They respond in 24 hours when you send pictures for their free photo check service, but no help for a problem with an order.
I can't rate the prints, haven't received them yet.
