Very poor customer service – wrong recommendation, slow communication, and no responsibility taken.
I contacted the company with clear photos of my broken kitchen mixer part, including the brand and details, asking which replacement part I needed. They replied with a link to the part I should order. I followed their recommendation, but the delivery took much longer than expected, and I constantly had to follow up myself to get any updates.
When the part finally arrived, it turned out to be completely wrong. Meanwhile, the manufacturer had sent me a link to a Swedish distributor where I could order the correct part directly — cheaper and delivered the next day.
I was allowed to return the wrong item, but the company expects me to pay both the return shipping and the original delivery cost, even though the mistake was entirely theirs.
I also sent them an email from the manufacturer as an attachment to show the difference, but they didn’t respond for almost a week — only to say later that the attachment didn’t work. They could have told me that right away instead of waiting and hoping I wouldn’t follow up.
In short: slow and unhelpful support, wrong product, poor communication, and no accountability. I cannot recommend this company.
