Efficient, reliable

Great communication/services. The only aspect we would have appreciated is if you had verified whether the USBs were functional. Out of the 320 pieces, 8 USBs are not working.

Swift delivery, extensive range of items available

Some of the items in our order were received a little scratched, and no box were damaged. This may have been an oversight at production level. Overall, we are happy with the order.

Brilliant service and product

Excellent communication from start to finish. I also had help with changing the design I'd created for the chocolate bar wrapper. Creating the product was fast and we're happy with the finish. The only thing we didn't realise was that the Tony's wrappers are written in Dutch, rather than English.

Very professional and very fast

I purchased 1500 bottle water for my language school, they are very fast in answering questions, producing and shipping. I'd only appreciate if they could send a physical sample of the items because there were some differences in graphic size.

Unfortunately it's not possible to send out one physical sample with your design. The online preview should be very close to the final product. However, it is possible that the result slightly deviates from the preview because of the printing process. It is possible to order an unprinted sample of the product on our website. Customer service helped with every question, and my order was delivered in two days which was faster than expected. I ordered glass Dopper water bottles. They were packaged individually in their own cushioned carton to avoid damage. Very well done.
