I had a wonderful experience, the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind throughout the process.

I gave the company a last-minute order, and they truly went above and beyond to make it happen. Despite the short notice, they worked efficiently and delivered everything right on time. They were always available by phone and email, responded quickly, and supported me every step of the way—from placing the order to final delivery. The quality of the products was excellent, and their service was outstanding.

Good quality, nice service

Dear team, thank you very much for your responsiveness and good quality products. We are happy with the cooperation. All went well, except for the TNT delivery, which was a disaster, so the notebooks arrived almost two weeks after being sent. I would not recommend using this delivery service again.

I placed a small order for some customised water bottles for an event, and GreenGiving's communication was top notch. They replied to emails promptly, and the ordering process was straightforward. After, the order was approved, I received an estimated delivery date that did not meet my needs. I requested a rush shipment to get the order earlier. They fulfilled my request and sent the order by post right away. I received the items much earlier than anticipated. All in all, a solid experience.

Brilliant service and product

Excellent communication from start to finish. I also had help with changing the design I'd created for the chocolate bar wrapper. Creating the product was fast and we're happy with the finish. The only thing we didn't realise was that the Tony's wrappers are written in Dutch, rather than English.
