great delivery, and communication

I had to print swag bags for my event. The quality of the bags is good, and there was no problem with the delivery. Also, communication with the customer service/contact person was easy, and there was a quick response.

Great customer service, very pleased with experience.

I placed a small order for some customised water bottles for an event, and GreenGiving's communication was top notch. They replied to emails promptly, and the ordering process was straightforward. After, the order was approved, I received an estimated delivery date that did not meet my needs. I requested a rush shipment to get the order earlier. They fulfilled my request and sent the order by post right away. I received the items much earlier than anticipated. All in all, a solid experience.

Efficient, reliable

Great communication/services. The only aspect we would have appreciated is if you had verified whether the USBs were functional. Out of the 320 pieces, 8 USBs are not working.

Swift delivery, extensive range of items available

Brilliant service and product

Excellent communication from start to finish. I also had help with changing the design I'd created for the chocolate bar wrapper. Creating the product was fast and we're happy with the finish. The only thing we didn't realise was that the Tony's wrappers are written in Dutch, rather than English.

Very professional and very fast

I purchased 1500 bottle water for my language school, they are very fast in answering questions, producing and shipping. I'd only appreciate if they could send a physical sample of the items because there were some differences in graphic size.

Unfortunately it's not possible to send out one physical sample with your design. The online preview should be very close to the final product. However, it is possible that the result slightly deviates from the preview because of the printing process. It is possible to order an unprinted sample of the product on our website. First experience and it was GREAT
