Brilliant service and product

Excellent communication from start to finish. I also had help with changing the design I'd created for the chocolate bar wrapper. Creating the product was fast and we're happy with the finish. The only thing we didn't realise was that the Tony's wrappers are written in Dutch, rather than English.

Very professional and very fast

I purchased 1500 bottle water for my language school, they are very fast in answering questions, producing and shipping. I'd only appreciate if they could send a physical sample of the items because there were some differences in graphic size.

Unfortunately it's not possible to send out one physical sample with your design. The online preview should be very close to the final product. However, it is possible that the result slightly deviates from the preview because of the printing process. It is possible to order an unprinted sample of the product on our website. This might help you visualise your ideal graphic size. Of course you can always contact us, our employees are more than happy to help in this process. First experience and it was GREAT

Excellent and easy

Customer service helped with every question, and my order was delivered in two days which was faster than expected. I ordered glass Dopper water bottles. They were packaged individually in their own cushioned carton to avoid damage. Very well done.

Multiple issues, poor printing

Overall not a great experience. Several issues came up during the order. The only good thing was they discounted the order because of all the problems. Would not use them again. 1. The wrong artwork file was used. 2. We had a shipping issue with items entering Switzerland—Greengiving did not take into account that there was an import duty. I received an email from FedEx and I paid it directly. Greengiving had no clue what was going on and was 2 steps behind the whole time. This caused a delay of a few days and I only just got my order before my deadline. 3. Print quality was very poor. We ordered RPET notebooks with our logo and URL. On quite a few, the artwork was noticeably slanted or excess ink had dripped on the book. Artwork was also misaligned on many books. Overall this gave me the impression that the print process is rushed and there is very little quality control.
