product sizes arrived messed up

They delivery was on time but all boxes delivered had mixed sizes inside and the notes on the boxes did not match with what it had inside. As a result it gave us a lot of extra work to check and count it all.

Fast, Friendly and Good for the planet

I found giving these flower seed infused paper flyers to people were taken way more readily when I explained people could plant them afterwards. No one wants the burden of undo waste, but plants! who doesn't want the chance to grow something from trash.

Not good at all.

My order was sent to the wrong address. Mistakes can happen but the lack of effort or willing to resolve the issue has been inexcusable and disappointing.. I would never order from greengiving again.

Products ok, but issues with delivery

The products were ok, as we ordered them. The issue was that we advised products not to be sent out before a certain date, as they were meant for a conference which took place at a hotel, and half of the orde arrived 1 week before that date. Unfortunately, the package got lost somewhere at the hotel, and we couldn't use the products at the conference.

Very good selection and service - but problems with international shipping

The service I received from Greengiving during the purchase process was excellent, they always replied fast and had good suggestions. When it comes to international shipping, however, things could have gone much better. I am still waiting for part of my order which has now been delayed over a month due to a slip-up on Greengiving's side.

Super professional, excellent, swift service and very helpful personnel!

I have been requested from my work to organise on a very last minute / short time 100 presents for an upcoming important event. All the Greengiving personnel I have talked to have been helping me greatly and professionally and in a very quick and efficient way. There have been several changes in the design, color but always the Greengiving staff have been patient and reacted quickly to the changes. The products are beautiful. Also the sending of the goods worked perfectly and in time as agreed. For sure I will recommend Greengiving - an excellent and reliable company.
