It was not easy but we got it done

I had trubble comunicating with the people of the company and they sent me many "digital proof" that didn't looklike the artwork I had sent them, and I had to wait a day between each bad correction. I tried to explain it on the phone but the person in charge of my order didn't speak english and said that they couldn't do halftones but another one said they could. It was not clear on the website that they won't take anything else than vector files for screenprinting. One of the shipments was sent to the billing adress and not not the shipping adress. But when the files were good it was really quick and I have no complaints about the final product.

Great customer service

I found it very easy to find the product I was looking for on the Greengiving online catalogue and it was simple to get in touch with one of your team with a question about delivery, using the online live chat. I was put in contact with the best person to speak to, and they were very friendly, helpful and practical. My order was delivered on time, with regular communication from the local courier. Good, quick, pleasant service

Everything was done well, starting from communication to receiving the necessary product. Even though there where some mishaps, everything was solved quickly and good. Product not as expected but friendly and quick problem solution

I ordered 200 water bottle of glass 420 ml with an imprinted logo as gifts for our partners. Unfortunately, the glass bottles did not meet the expectations we had as they were not 100% water tight and some had sharp glass edges. After communicating these defects, the Greengiving team was very interested in solving the problem and responded quickly and in a friendly manner. I am now thinking about ordering another product instead of the water bottles. Generally, the ordering and delivery process went well. The logo imprint was also okay.

Expected more

I ordered 200 water bottle of glass 420 ml with an imprinted logo as gifts for our partners. Unfortunately, the glass looks very milky and not clear. Although it says somewhere in very small letters that it may not be 100% water tight, it is not water tight at all. It leaks heavily!!! Futhermore some water bottles have very sharp glass edges where you can hurt yourself. Ordering and delivery process went well. The logo imprint was also okay.

Good company to deal with

I have been a customer of greengiving for about 6 months, I have found them helpful. Slight issues post brexit but hopefully resolved going forward. Good communication to resolve issues and their products are great.

Awful post brexit with bad customer service

I have been a regular customer pre brexit but since Xmas everything has changed, its gone from free postage to charging £50, and then had the extra nasty surprise of £100 import charges ( I was told thats what the extra £50 was meant to be for- the extra costs they are incurring, they didn't even mention as well as no longer getting free shipping I would then also get hit with import charges) so basically in a matter of 4 weeks between orders the cost of my regular order has increased by £150- and increase of nearly 25%?? Customer service is normally brilliant but on this last order it was awful like they now can't be bothered with European clients, great way to build new working partnerships with your UK neighbours and loyal customers, torn whether I will continue to use them or not
