Overall it was a good experience, very well explained. The physical shop directly dis-owns the online purchases e.g. even if they have gold sitting with them but they dont honor the online purchase with immediate collection and ask to wait for 4-5 days and collect it after that long.

Easy to order, easy to have it delivered. Good selection to choose from and fair prices. I can recommend using Argentor

We are using now regularly argentor and are very happy with service.

I have bought several goods over 8 weeks ago and i still didn't receive my goods. The telephone is never working and the bot is asking to write an email. I sent an email and no one even get back to my email to let me know about the status of my purchase. In the past I had positive experiences with Argentor. I think I will never back to them.

It’s great to have a new store in Brussels close to my workplace. I’ve visited three times so far, and each experience has been very positive. The store is clean and well organized, and the staff are professional, friendly, and multilingual (Dutch, French, and English). Visiting in person adds an other dimension, especially when the staff take the time to remember you. Perhaps my next career step will be in precious metals ;)

Very difficult to reach for information,

Les cours sont raisonnables, la commande et paiement en ligne aisés. La livraison s'est faite selon ma demande, rien à redire. On en redemande.

I ordered a week ago transferred money , but no update since a week even after many reminders . The customer care number always comes busy. No one supporting.

No response for over a week after the full payment was sent, simply unacceptable!

Wegens staatscontrole moet de koper identiteit bewijzen aan de hand van ID- paspoort. Het verzoek deze gegevens met een niet geëncrypteerd e-mail te doen is voor mij een probleem wegens mogelijke diefstal digitale gegevens door lekken in systemen. Op mijn verzoek kon dit niet via bv. Signal of Protonmail, beiden voorzien van end-to-end beveiliging data. Dat gaf mij dus alleen de keuze mij copy van ID per postbrief te sturen. Een werkpuntje voor deze webshop met verder zoals je vaak terugleest in de commentaren goede service en afhandeling.

It was faster this time to collect my order

For someone buying €100k gold had to wait for more than 30 mins. There should be some priority for valuable purchases and regular customers..

After buying the stuff ther was confirmation email, but missing was information about the id. I must call the office to find out what going on... For the purchase customer is obligated to provide his id card, otherwise will be penalty charged for delay from his site....
