Beste, It's not the first time that I deal with Argentor and I was always happy with the quality of services. I already bought 8 coins from your website during the last few years and the service was always pico bello. This time, I am really deceived with the quality of delivery service. I asked for delivery in the morning and was told that this will taken in consideration. I cancelled all my activities and had to wait from 8 am to 6 pm and didn' t receive my purchase yet and I am unable to stay another day at home for the delivery. I am asking you kindly to take the necessary action for delivery of my purchase next Tuesday between 4 and 6 pm as I will be absent after this date. Please give the chauffeur my number for easier communication to call me before his arrival for confirmation one to two hours. Thanks Kr Nourhan

This is the first time I have used the webshop service, because I wasn't in Antwerp anytime soon. With other wholesalers, I receive my internet order within 3 days; here, it took one week from the day of purchase. As I work on my own, I only check my emails before 10am, and then I at my workbench. This is another reason why the delivery of my order was delayed by one day. But now I know how Argentor works, I'll time manage better from my side.

Good helpful staff and good online service for bookings. Waiting time too long for collecting orders. A little bit expensive when buying gold as the %premium is high on 100gr bars given the value of metal the %should be lesser.

Leverdatum werdt verschoven, maar nog prima op tijd voor vakantie nog gelevered. Veel wordt persoonlijk/telefonisch gedaan. En belangrijkste prima prijzen, zeker in vergelijking tot Nederland scheelt dat toch best wat. Enige reden waarom het geen 10 is, is het ontbreken van een duidelijke voorraad op de website, wat het lastig maakt tijdens het bestellen.
