good e-mail responses, friendly & clear info. all is well explained. Just not so easy to stay home for 9hours waiting for the delivery. (9-18) Lucky I only had to wait 2.5 hours for my delivery.

Very structured website with a lot of information. Order procedure is easy and secure. Order processing was done very fast. Co-workers are very friendly and flexibel. Requested to have the delivery at my home adress, but due to the fact I was in Antwerp, requested to collect my order at the Argentor offine. No problem at all. This was my first visit to the Argentor office. Nice and secure place. One remark, the spaces in front of the different desks are closed to prevent other customers to make part of collecting your order, BUT, as these spaces are open (no ceiling) everyone can follow the conversation between the office people and the customers. Item to review.
