Beste, It's not the first time that I deal with Argentor and I was always happy with the quality of services. I already bought 8 coins from your website during the last few years and the service was always pico bello. This time, I am really deceived with the quality of delivery service. I asked for delivery in the morning and was told that this will taken in consideration. I cancelled all my activities and had to wait from 8 am to 6 pm and didn' t receive my purchase yet and I am unable to stay another day at home for the delivery. I am asking you kindly to take the necessary action for delivery of my purchase next Tuesday between 4 and 6 pm as I will be absent after this date. Please give the chauffeur my number for easier communication to call me before his arrival for confirmation one to two hours. Thanks Kr Nourhan

Betreffende het ontbreken van copie IDkaart, werd ik op een rustige manier geholpen, wat resulteerde in oplossing. Was iedereen zo vriendelijk en tegemoet komend de wereld zou er anders uitzien. Bedankt mevr. aan de telefoon. U deed Argentor schitteren.

Alles ging heel vlotjes, één keer zelf ter plaatse geweest om mijn bestelling en één keer thuis laten leveren. In beide gevallen verliep alles heel vlotjes en professioneel. Ik ben in ieder geval een tevreden klant en ook content van de scherpe prijzen. Zeker een aanrader.
