Ignored Requests and Missing Invoice – Very Negative Experience
I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company.
I purchased smoke detectors for my business through Allegro and, although the package was delivered, I have not received the required VAT invoice. Multiple attempts to contact the company — both directly and via Allegro — have been completely ignored. There has been no response whatsoever.
Due to the complete lack of communication and failure to provide mandatory sales documentation, I was left with no choice but to report the matter to the relevant tax authorities and enforcement agencies.
This level of customer service and disregard for legal obligations is unacceptable. I hope this review encourages the company to take responsibility and respond appropriately.
