I received a fast offer for utilities under one comprehensive plan

Everything was very convenient. I do not have any knowledge about setting up my utilities since this is my first assignment abroad. EasyNuts made this experience very easy. I just need to answer a couple of questions and they will do the rest for you. Plus, getting access to customer service in English is a plus for me for better communication.

Professional and efficient experience.

The experience was nothing short of exceptional

We engaged EasyNuts to activate the utilities in our new apartment. They have been very nice over the phone, but after 2 months of signing the contracts for the utilities with them, we found out that none of the contracts were actually in place. Long story short, for two months we have been without a contract for water, electricity and gas, and they wouldn't even have noticed if we hadn't checked ourselves and communicated this to them. It was the second time that we used EasyNuts and we had great expectations since the first time everything went so smoothly, but unfortunately this time it couldn't have gone much worse.

I have been contacted after rental apartment. The operator it was very nice and profesional and in 15 minutes I rented electricity, water, internet and gas services.

I engaged their services for the transfer of my electricity and energy contracts, expecting a smooth and efficient process. Regrettably, my interaction with Easy Nuts has been far from satisfactory. Despite engaging in written communication with them throughout the process, they forgot to conclude my contract with Eneco, resulting in significant consequences for me. To add insult to injury, I received a fine of 150 euros from Eneco due to Easy Nuts' negligence. This oversight on their part has not only caused financial repercussions but has also highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I strongly advise anyone considering Easy Nuts' services to exercise extreme caution and be aware of the potential consequences that may arise from their incompetence.

Easy Nuts offered valuable support to me. I would have been completely lost without their assistance. I solved everything in one day, thanks you them. Thank you.

I had a great experience, they were fast and super simple process

Always friendly and took ownership of my accounts. He had a lot to deal with as the suppliers kept messing up but Silvan took care of everything and entertained a last minute switch when we were not happy with the service of one of the companies. Guy is an asset to your company. You should give him a pay rise!

I recently emigrated to the Netherlands, and the energy and water arrangement is quite different from here I’m from. Easy Nuts made it simple to understand how everything worked and did everything for me. I just needed to accept contracts and provide meter numbers. Thank you for all of the help!

Very helpfull for expats starting here. Everything is taken care of at a central spot, since there are quite many companys to be dealt with once you set up a new appartment. Minus half a star, because response time was sometimes not so fast (3 days), which is completly fine still.

The team received my details from my rental agent and called me. They explained everything and set up all my utility accounts quickly and efficiently.

Dear EasyNuts Team, First of all thank you very very much for your help in setting up G/W/E. I have reduced only half star because my internet case with KPN provider was not handled properly. I had to call KPN team and came to know that my order was cancelled and then i had to re-order it. So it can be improved. Apart from that, nothing else. Regards, Nagarjuna
