I was surprised how easy and quick it was, a half hour on the phone and all is settled, with time to change your preferences if you want, and customer service speaks English very well. Only thing I would have liked is to receive an email where all the options I chose on the phone are listed, it's slightly confusing to just receive a bunch of emails from the various companies that were contracted.
