The whole process to get the electricity and gas connection for our new rented apartment was very smooth.

The options were discussed and minimum information was sought to agree to a provider. On electricity service provider, the start day was way ahead. Should have been earlier to make it better

I had recently moved in to a new apartment witha roomate and it was the first time we had to register for services, we were connected with easy nuts and everything was taken care of by the end of our first call. The employes spoke perfect english which is great since i dont speak dutch yet. The second call was also very fast and had me and my roomate with an insurance plan within 10 minutes. No physical contact or apointment was needed, this is great because i would rather take care of buisness with distance because of corona. Truly a great service.

They assisted me in setting up my contracts for the new apartment. As an EXPAT, I found their support absolutely professional and extremely valuable in guiding me through the Dutch offers and regulations. Well done Staff!
