Op advies van Easy nuts heb ik een abonnement bij Tmobile afgesloten. Ik huur de woning en op mijn adres blijkt geen KPN aansluitpunt te zijn. Inmiddels heb ik zowel Tmobile als KPN aan huis gehad en de kabel werkt nog steeds niet. Ik kan het abonnement bij Tmobile niet opzeggen want dit had binnen twee weken na bestelling moeten gebeuren. Nog voordat ik het modem überhaupt ontvangen had! Ik zit dus vast aan een maandelijks abonnement bij Tmobile (voor twaalf maanden) en voel mij slecht geïnformeerd door Easy Nuts.

Ik ben over het algemeen tevreden. Prettige service. De persoon die mij hielp kwam over alsof deze veel kennis had over de markt. Echter had deze persoon niet genoeg kennis over mijn gebouw. Ik ben geregistreerd bij een waterbedrijf terwijl mijn appartementencomplex de water voor het hele gebouw betaald en dit heeft verwerkt in de huur. Dit is iets waar ik zelf achter ben gekomen toen ik mijn rekeningnummer heb willen wijzigen. Zij hadden mijn appartement, gebouwd in de jaren 60, geregistreerd als nieuwbouwhuis omdat het niet in hun systeem staat. Ik wil dit graag meegeven aan Easy Nuts. Er zijn veel oude flatgebouwen die nog een centrale energie en waterregeling hebben.

I was contacted by Easy Nuts as part of my agreement with WeLocate for the purchase of a new house. They helped me with the setting of my utilities (gas, water, electricity and internet/TV). They were very professional and extremely useful, they took care of everything which is a good think while you are preparing a moving and you have millions of other things in you mind.

Very positive overall. Agent was able to provide info we needed by email, which was critical due to time zone differences. We gave input and feedback and he updated accordingly. There were a few errors along the way (incorrect info for internet options, mistake in the selection for internet plan) but these were addressed and corrected quickly. It was very helpful to have all of the accounts set up in advance of our move-in date. Would recommend this service to others in a similar situation.

Na het "volledig vrijblijvende" informatiegesprek kreeg ik verscheidene mails en sms'jes met een link om het aanbod wat gedaan was te bevestigen. Geen van de links heb ik aangeklikt, echter is de bestelling een paar dagen later alsnog doorgevoerd en werd ik verrast met "welkom mails" van energie/telefonie/etc. bedrijven. Na telefonisch contact met Easy Nuts kreeg ik te horen dat zij slechts 1 contract/bedrijf konden annuleren, en ik zelf achter de andere 2 aan moest. Toch niet vrijblijvend dus.. Geen fijne ervaring.

Ik ben telefonisch goed geholpen met het maken van een keuze.

Since I just moved in the Netherlands and I am not familiar with the specifics of the country I did not know what to expect from various providers. I was expecting EasyNuts to provide some overall information and then some feedback the subscriptions were scheduled. For instance, Dunea sent no email to notify of the upcoming water subscription and on the day that the subscriptions should have been activated I went over to their website and manually registered for the service. Other than this, i found EasyNuts very prompt and helpful. Thank you!

The overall experience was overall good, made my life easy, as I could find everything under one roof. However, there is room for improvement. The information given to me was over a call which at times can be difficult to understand and make a decision right at that moment. Or else, I have to write down the information and then make a decision later. If I could be provided with some website where I can view all the different options available for water, gas, electricity etc with prices, providers etc information, it makes my life as a consumer more easy and I can easily make a decision quickly.
