Supersnel en eenvoudig

Enkele uren na het verkrijgen van de sleutels tot mijn nieuwe huurwoning had ik reeds een voorstel in m'n mailbox voor gas, water, elektriciteit en internet/TV. Na het kort doornemen hiervan plus 1 klik was alles geregeld. Fantastiche service!

Complete misunderstanding

The person I spoke to seemed to be reading off a script and was not interested in what I was saying resulting in total confusion. I was very disappointed and am considering whether I will use your service in future

Hi mister John, we would like to apologize for your negative experience with our platform. By Dutch Law we need to say a lot of legal thing that's why somethings look likes a script.

Could not finish my contracts due to it was impossible to enter address

I could not put my house number addition to the address field. This resulted in incorrect contracts, and a bunch of email to figure it out. At the end, I went to providers directly and made the contracts there.

Miss Barnabas, We would like to apologize for your negative experience with our platform. Our platform is connected to a postcode API so error rate is very low. In your case the used number addition was not in de postcode base. You can manually ad it and the send the order. You use a wrong address.

Superfijn om door jullie geholpen te worden

Ik werd gebeld door easynuts die door mijn Aankoopmakelaar was ingeschakeld ik vertelde aan de telefoon mijn wensen en met hoeveel personen we er gaan wonen. Nadat ik alles had uitgelegd vroeg de beste man aan de telefoon of ik nog vragen had. Nee dat had ik niet dag later alles op de mail al geregeld en supper snel en top geregeld bedankt!!!
