Degene aan de telefoon heeft mij goed geholpen en heeft goed meegedacht. In ieder geval wat betreft Elektra, Water en Stadsverwarming. 1 puntje wat ik minder vond, er werd qua internet nogal snel naar een bepaalde provider geduwd. Was fijn geweest als ik een andere provider ook bij jullie had kunnen afsluiten.

Ik heb nooit schriftelijk akkoord gegeven op het afsluiten van mijn gas water en licht, en toch is dit wel gedaan. Resultaat: Ik heb nu 2 contracten lopen op hetzelfde adres: het gene wat ik zelf heb afgesloten en het gene wat Easynuts zonder mijn toestemming heeft afgesloten. Ben nog steeds aan het bellen om het recht te rekken!

Ik heb een offerte laten opstellen zodat ik kon nadenken over mijn contracten voor ik deze afsloot. Helaas zijn vervolgens toch mijn abonnementen afgesloten zonder mijn toestemming en heb ik een deel moeten annuleren met een flinke tijdsinvestering bij T-Mobile.
