Easy Nuts was extremely helpful when I needed to setup utilities and internet when I moved to Netherlands.

Everything was set by them in a perfect way. I had only five minutes call with them, they got all the info and set the membership for gas, electricity, water and internet. Highly recommended!

Goede service, goed telefonisch bereikbaar. Ik werd direct geholpen, zonder in een wachtrij te staan. Vriendelijke medewerkers die mij goed te woord stonden en al mijn vragen konden beantwoorden. Enige nadeel was dat de bevestigingsmail in mijn spam postvak terecht was gekomen, waar ik uiteindelijk een dag later achter kwam toen ik nogmaals nabelde. Verder helemaal top!

Wij hebben nooit het contract ondertekend. Toch kregen wij een mail dat wij een contract hadden bij energiedirect en Brabant water. Dit is dus zonder onze toestemming afgesloten. Dit vinden wij absoluut niet kunnen! Erg jammer dat dit zo is gegaan.

Sinds ik opgebeld werd door Joost van EasyNuts heb ik me geen zorgen meer hoeven te maken over mijn energie c/q internet contracten. Joost bleef “pending” van mijn onderhandeling met de makelaar die veel “ups and downs” heeft gekend en daardoor heel traag verliep. Tenslotte zijn we d’eruit gekomen en Joost was de eerste om direct alles piekfijn in orde te maken. Dat is pas dienstverlening. A1!!!

The company linked me with all the utilities I need for my new place in a very short amount of time. Some things are still unclear (when and how my Internet network will be set up, how to round down my bills with the water/gas/electricity readings) but I think it is the utilities companies' fault, not Easy Nuts's. If you are an expat and you have no clue where to begin with, then I think this is a good starting point.

As an expat I really appreciated to be help by Easy Nuts. They contacted me and helped me find good utilities deal. I received the contract in the day by mail: only had to sign for it. The best: the service is free of charge!
