Snel en vakkundig, zeer klantvriendelijke medewerkers.

Klein dingetje was dat het Essent contract een bedenkperiode van 2 weken had. Ipv 1-10-2018 (ingang huur) stond energieleverantie ingesteld op vanaf 16-10 (einde bedenktijd), maar moest natuurlijk ingaan per 1-10. Is opgelost, en waarschijnlijk een fout aan Essent kant.

As an expat, I thought it would be easier to connect my utilities through, that was a very bad idea. First I did not received all the confirmation emails and was without electricity for a few days. When I called to know what was happening, the staff was rude and arrogant, not listening to me, not trying to solve the problem, only focused on the information he had on his screen.. When I got upset at his behaviour, I was told I was rude. Now the problem is fixed thanks to energiedirect who figured out they were connected to my neighbours meter reders, thanks to easynuts. I discovered the connection of utilities in the Netherland is easy enough not to require an intermediary and they are much nicer when you call for a problem and fixed it swiftly. I do not recommand using easynuts services. After sending this comment, I had a response from easynuts rejecting any responsability, while I did give the correct information and they did connect my upstairs neighbours instead of me. That is why my electricity got disconnected, because my flat did not have a contract due to the mistake easynuts made. They still did not try to understand the situation, did not even apologize for the way I was treated by their staff! too bad, they could have learn from their mistakes...
