Online store is great… delivery times are not.

All good except the delivery times which I think is out of the control of the Neptune shop. Nevertheless it’s a painstaking wait time for a few items.

Negative Bewertungen zu schlechten Produkten

Es ist schön, dass negative Bewertungen zu schlechten Produkten einfach gelöscht werde, sehr professionell, effektiv! Das ist wirklich sehr schlecht - sogar erbärmlich. Naja - GHL ist doch eben wesentlich besser.

Slow delivery to UK

If ordering to the UK prepare to wait. It gets stuck in customs and they send you a letter 4 days later to tell make you pay the custom duty. I have ordered many things from other EU companies and do not have this issue. Will just source from the UK from now on

The delivery to courtier partner is immediate. However they do not offer selection and method of shipment. I had to wait 8 working days to get the small package of less than a kg.
