Very good but shipping by Dutch postal service is terrible.

Would have given a 5 star service if it weren’t for the fact that my Trident reagents have been sitting with the Dutch postal service for 19 days and counting! I have had packages arrive from China in this time. One should definitely order a courier service when buying from them.

Fast delivery good service.

I liked the fast delivery and I received exactly what I asked for. I do wish you would of considered the expiration date on the reagents I ordered and not ship 3 reagents with a 3 month sell by date! other than that I was very satisfied..

APEXel not working after 5 months !

After a phone call I know that the APEXel is NOT working, and received the RMA number A36056, but I'm still waiting a mail from de re-seller. The bad notice is that I don't know if my tank will be with no control and, if yes, for how long ! Regards Massimo
